5 Tips For Creating Facebook Ads

1. User Generated content is KING – It’s cheap to produce and it brings in GREAT results.
What works best is ‘stacking’ different elements of UGC to overcome credibility and build trust. Often times we include comments, star ratings and video reviews all in one short ad.

2. Shorter is Better – 15 to 23 Seconds seems to be the sweet spot.
Some longer videos have performed pretty well but the longer you make your ad the harder it is to keep peoples attention.

3. Don’t Bury Your Main Benefit! – Every product has ONE main reason why people buy it.
Don’t overcomplicate your ad with too many features. Instead, focus on your primary benefit and repeat it three times. Mentioning too many product benefits and features will confuse the customer. And if you confuse the customer, you loose the sale.

4. Ask a Question in the First 3 to 5 Sec – Posing a questions builds curiosity and opens up the conversation with the customer.A curious customer is an engaged customer. And an engaged customer will click your ad especially if it is framed to solve a problem.

5. Always Present Your Product as Something NEW – Customers want to get new solutions to old problems.
They are on the lookout for new trends to follow, new diets to try, new tech to use etc. Use words like “Introducing” or “Meet the All New” when presenting your product to the customer
