We achieved this by segmenting our client’s campaigns based on the customer’s interest level.

Here’s a quick explanation of how we segment our campaigns.

Your TOF (Top of Funnel) audience is your prospecting campaigns that find new potential customers

– These are people who’ve probably never heard of your brand but have a high probability of liking what you sell.

Your MOF (Middle of Funnel) audience are people who engage, with your brand on Instagram, and FB. Maybe they’ve liked a few posts, DM’d you, or watched 25% or more of your latest Instagram video.

– These are people who are aware of your brand but haven’t shown a very high level of interest but have interacted with you on social media.

Your BOF (Bottom of Funnel) audience is your retargeting audience.

-These are people who have shown a high level of interest in your brand by viewing products, adding products to their cart, initiating checkout, etc.

By segmenting our campaigns this way because each campaign we create a continual flow of new prospects seeing, liking, and purchasing your products.
